Leigha Apotheke LLC owns and operates www.apothekeleigha.com (“this Website”). The terms and conditions set forth in this document govern your relationship with us and your use of this website.

1. User access and profile.

Your access to and your use of this Website, and the purchase and sale of the products and services that are available through this Website, (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Services you are agreeing to each of these Terms of Service, all as may be updated by Leigha Apotheke from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes that may have been made to these Terms of Service.  Leigha Apotheke requires you to register as a user for accessing certain pages and functions of this Website, such as when you register for a shopping account including a password, username and personal contact information such as your name, street address and email address. You agree and represent that all information you submit is accurate and current.   You are solely responsible for keeping your user profile information updated and confidential and for your use of the Leigha Apotheke website.  All communications will be sent to the email provided when the customer registers for a shopping account.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and Leigha Apotheke reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. Leigha Apotheke will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or to all of this Website. Leigha Apotheke will not be liable if for any reason some or any portion of this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are not permitted to transfer any rights in your user profile. You agree to notify Leigha Apotheke immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach on your account.  Leigha Apotheke is NOT liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of a password.

            Nothing in these Term of Use shall be construed to imply an agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship of any kind between Leigha Apotheke and you or any other person or entity.

            Your use constitutes agreement you will not  post or submit any Content which could potentially be abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise intentionally harmful or intimidating, infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise unlawful, or  to use this Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating any local, state, national or international laws, including but not limited to any use infringing any trademark, trade secret, copyright, patent or other proprietary rights.

            Your use constitutes agreement not to post or submit Content potentially identifying a password, account, or any other personally identifiable or private information, and that you will not post, submit or transmit any unwanted or unsolicited email ("Spam") to any users including advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation, including testimonials or comments to promote multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes or off-topic content or otherwise market, advertise, solicit or sell any product, including without limitation, unauthorized Leigha Apotheke or counterfeit products.

You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on this Website, Leigha Apotheke is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on this Website.

            This Website may contain content of users and Leigha Apotheke affiliates. 9. Leigha Apotheke Social Media.

Leigha Apotheke may use third-party Social Media, such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, to communicate and interact with customers. By posting or submitting content to these Social Media, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to transmit, distribute and reproduce such content.

10. License.

By posting, or submitting content to this Website or social media you grant Leigha Apotheke a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and sub-license copy, distribute, reproduce, use, modify, and publicly display the user content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such user content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed for any and all commercial or noncommercial purposes.

8. Terms of Sale.

Placing an order for products means that you are offering to purchase that product on and subject to the following terms and conditions of sale.

All users and purchasers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable by Leigha Apotheke. Placement of an order indicates that you represent and warrant (1) that all of the information that you provide to us is true and accurate; (2) that you are an authorized user or owner of the credit or debit card used to place your order; and (3) that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of such goods.

All orders placed on this Website are subject to: (1) product availability; and (b) Leigha Apotheke confirmation of the order quantity and price. We retain the right to refuse any orders. The cost of some of these products and services may be subject to change.

Product shipment may vary according to availability and is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Leigha Apotheke will not be responsible.

(a) Our Contract. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this is not an acceptance of your order. No contract is formed until Leigha Apotheke transmit an e-mail confirmation that the goods that you ordered have been shipped to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability. Errors in product details, descriptions and prices may occur despite efforts to ensure accuracy. If Leigha Apotheke discovers an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, then we will inform you regarding the error, and you will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If Leigha Apotheke is unable to contact you, then we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order after you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs are not included and therefore in addition to product prices.

(c) Payment.  On receipt of your order Leigha Apotheke will seek authorization for payment from your card issuer. Your card will be debited upon receipt of that authorization, and funds received will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you have ordered for purchase.

(d) Returns and Refunds.  All products are sold with a (15) day refund policy 10 working days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within fifteen days after your purchase, then we will give you a full refund of your purchase price if it complies with returns and conditions policy. or Simply send an email to Customerserv@leighapotheke.com.
